Delivery Product FAQ


We deliver to the Northern Suburbs every Monday, the Boland every Tuesday, Cape Town City Centre every Wednesday, and the Southern Suburbs every Thursday. For a more detailed breakdown on the exact areas covered, please visit our delivery routes page.

We'll give you a courtesy phone call before arriving at your delivery address, and if no-one is available to accept the goods upon arrival we'll return the products to our dispatch office. You will then need to either pay an additional delivery fee or come collect your order from one of our stores (please bring your proof of payment and electronic receipt). We do apologise for any inconvenience caused in an instance like this, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we have to take every precaution possible to ensure they are received in peak condition.

There are 2 ways for you to get your hands on our awesome products: delivery or store collection. We currently only deliver to selected areas in Cape Town, but we are trying to expand our reach - if you would like your region to receive delivery, please send an email to hello@frut.co.za with your name and area and we'll try help out where possible.

We charge a flat rate of R80.00 per delivery.

We are happy to deliver to almost any address given that falls within our designated delivery areas. If it is an office building we ask that you please make sure that security is aware of the delivery.

There is no minimum order quantity, but it makes more sense to buy in bulk and spread the cost of delivery over as many products as possible (especially since you can store extras in your freezer for about two years). If you live in a shared flat or have friends, family, or co-workers who are looking for similar products, you can place one order together and get it delivered to one household to save on costs.

Payments are made through a secure portal from the trusted services of PayFast, an accredited and independent third-party payment gateway. Online payments can be made with a debit/credit card or PayPal - please take note that we do not accept EFTs for delivery. Früt is a cashless business, so we do not accept cash payment for any orders (both in store and for delivery); this is to ensure that all our staff members are always as safe as possible.
