Was very happy with the products and the packaging - Will definitely order again.
Placed the order with them on the 28 th September , eventually tried calling in however no answer . Then emailed and was told my order will only be coming on the 10th October not the 3 October. They asked if they should schedule it for the 17th October , which made no sense since I asked for an earlier delivery. Then just radio silence . Spent 35 mins on the phone trying to get someone to answer and tell me when my order is going to be delivered .
The product is good , however customer service is terrible !
The delivery is great packaging was in great condition. The berries however are not ripe so the smoothies are sour

A great product, will always return for more.
Only negative comment is the length of time it takes to receive the items purchased. A week, in this day and age, is a long time, plus R90 delivery fee is high. If one can order groceries in 60 minutes, then waiting a week is a long time. But as they say, all good things come to those who wait :)
I primarily was looking for tart cherry juice but then compared the frozen berry prices to supermarkets and was amazed at how much cheaper they are. I stocked up and tried a few new things to get to the R800 minimum spend which is my only real complaint as R90 delivery fee seems quite high but hopefully over time this can be reduced once economies of scale kick in. Delivered exactly as advised, delivery guy was friendly too so all around a pleasant experience
